This Privacy Policy shall apply to Goji.com and any domains and affiliated websites (collectively, the "Sites") owned and operated under the "Goji" and "Consumer United" brands by Consumers United, Inc., and its licensed insurance agency affiliates Consumer United LLC, CU Insurance – MA, LLC, and National Consumers United, LLC. We use the terms "We", "Goji", or the "Company" to refer to each of these entities, as applicable.

Goji values your privacy

Browser Derived Data is information not submitted by you but that is instead provided by your access and use of the internet and an internet browser to connect to the Site, such as: browser specific information, server log file information, information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies, and location information. We receive Browser Derived Data by your access to the Site including in the following manner:

  • Certain information is collected by most internet browsers, such as MAC address, type of computer, operating system details, browser software details, screen resolution, and whether it is a mobile device.
  • Your "IP Address" is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer or device that you are using by your ISP. Linked Sites

The Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third party websites for whom we may include a link within the Site. We are not endorsing, in any manner, any of the linked sites which may be referenced in the Site. The Privacy Policy does not apply to any e-commerce websites which may be accessible by a link from the Site, whether these may be Goji e-commerce websites or other third parties. The Privacy Policy is only for our information only websites.

Advertising Vendors

Please note that our online and email advertising-related vendors may use pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs or other similar technologies in connection with the Site to help manage our online and email advertising campaigns and strengthen the effectiveness of such campaigns. For example, if a vendor has placed a unique cookie on your computer, the vendor may use pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs or other similar technologies to recognize the cookie during your visit to the Site and to learn which of our online advertisements may have brought you to the Site, and the vendor may provide us with such Browser Derived Data for our use. Please note we may link such Browser Derived Data provided to us by our vendors to User Submitted Data about you that we have previously collected. Such combined information will be treated as User Submitted Data hereunder as long as it is so combined.

Security Measures

We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect User Submitted Data under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Access by Minors

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that these individuals not provide User Submitted Data through the Site.

Sensitive Personal Data

We ask that you not send or disclose to Goji any sensitive personal information about yourself and your identity. We do not collect on the Site for any purpose nor have any need for your social security number, bank account information, credit card information, race, religion, national original, work history, political participation, health information, criminal background, or similar information. If you do business with Goji separate from your access to the Site you may be asked for such information (for example, in connection with an employment application) but such information should only be submitted directly to the employee making such request related to a proper business purpose and not submitted by the Site.
