As a Web Marketing Director you will research, strategize, define, and plan online marketing campaigns across channels to support company awareness and customer acquisition objectives. You will stay on top of industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to improve acquisition plans and develop offer, incentive and messaging programs to continually improve campaign effectiveness. You will manage the day-to-day logistics of acquisition outreach as well as the establishment and tracking of key metrics on all campaigns. You will analyze the results of campaigns across channels and report them regularly to the management team.
The Web Marketing Director will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the Product, Web Development, and Sales teams. You will also manage and maintain relationships with outside vendors supporting the acquisition campaigns.
Our Requirements:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management or related field
- 2 to 4 years of proven performance in a web marketing role
- Solid knowledge of web marketing metrics, lead generation, lead nurture, social media and search marketing, SEO, and campaign optimization
- History of successful acquisition marketing
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel
- Strong project management skills and deep attention to detail
- High energy, deadline driven, budget-conscious, well-organized, get-it-done-attitude, independent worker
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environment; excellent interpersonal skills
