As Business Analyst, you will primarily collect, analyze and report sales and marketing data to the company’s decision makers. Reporting to the CEO and COO, you will play an important role in improving the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s data reporting and apply strategic analysis to improve decision making.

Working closely with the Tech, Sales and Marketing teams, you will develop standardized reporting processes and procedures to improve the delivery of data company-wide. You will develop and maintain excel templates and reporting portals through our sales interface and perform ad-hoc analysis as required. You will also work with complex modeling and regressions to forecast commissions and bonus payments.

Resposibilities:

  • Coordinate, manage and execute forecasting process
  • Collect, analyze and report data across all business groups
  • Create, monitor and administrate templates in excel for use across all levels of the organization
  • Develop and maintain standard daily, weekly and monthly reporting and provide ad-hoc analysis as needed
  • Develop and improve reporting and finance related processes
  • Support the accounting team in the month end close process, assisting with journal entries and variance analysis as needed

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field
  • 2-5 years experience in Business Analyst role
  • Must be an Excel, Access and Powerpoint wizard, SQL experience a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to use data to provide thoughtful and meaningful analysis
  • Extrovert who is comfortable interacting with all levels of our team from Sales Rep to CEO
  • Highest level of attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
