Sales Associate |
Responsibilities:
|
- Deliver results!
- Identify prospective customers using established lead methods
- Build and develop client relationships through direct sales
- Learn skills and effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate account records, sales reports and forecasts
- Establish long-term relationships by delivering exceptional
consultative service
- Develop thorough understanding of related products and services and be able to cross-sell to existing clients
- Work with internal departments to execute and deliver maximum
results

Ideal Qualifications:
|
- Property/Casualty/Life/Health Insurance License(preferred)
- Understanding of sales process (sales experience is not required,
but preferred)
- Energy and motivation to succeed
- Ability to thrive and stand out in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Competitive spirit, but a team-player
- Bachelor's Degree required
